I grew up in the small Italian town of Ravenna by the Adriatic Sea where I spent my days skateboarding, riding horses, and playing music. My love for rhythm has shaped my approach to life and leadership.
With nearly 30 years of experience across 40+ countries, I’ve led companies across manufacturing, wellness, and tech. From ITW to Technogym to Axians/Vinci Energies, I learned how to navigate industry shifts and gained a sharp eye for transformation & growth. I’ve also worked on projects with governments and private foundations, including the PanAm Games and the Clinton Foundation.
I have a proven track record of achieving quick turnarounds in every company I’ve joined by focusing on Leadership and Culture Building to drive productivity and profitability while prioritizing human capital.
